1. Provider and services

2. Quotes and acceptance
An enquiry does not establish a contract. Scope, total price, taxes and additional costs, payment method and timing, and delivery dates must be agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Included revisions, cancellation and refund conditions are stated in the quote or individual agreement before work begins. If they have not been provided, request them before paying or commissioning. Additional or changed work requires a further agreement.
4. Client materials
Clients must have the right to share submitted materials and identify confidentiality or special handling requirements in advance.
5. Certified and official use
Certification, sworn status, notarization or acceptance by an authority is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing for the individual assignment. Clients should check the receiving authority’s requirements.
6. Recurring charges
Enquiring through this website does not create a subscription, automatic renewal or automatic charge.
